Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (Norway) We ship to all addresses in Norway. Estimated delivery time is [2–5] business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping We offer free shipping on orders over NOK 750

Carriers We ship with Bring (Posten) and/or PostNord. Parcels can be tracked via their respective tracking portals or through the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery to parcel lockers We support delivery to Posten parcel lockers (pakkeboks) and PostNord pickup points for your convenience.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at foxandcubs.no@gmail.com.

Damaged or lost parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at [email] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
