Right of withdrawal (angrerett) Under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] before the 14-day period expires.

Returns Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised jewellery pieces made to your specifications.

Defective or incorrect items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
